These terms govern your use of Xennum's website. Services delivered to clients are governed by the written proposal and agreement for each project.
Our services
Xennum designs, builds and supports AI agents, workflow automations and integrations for businesses. Scope, price, timeline and deliverables are set out in a written proposal before work begins.
Ownership
Unless the proposal states otherwise, the systems, accounts and documentation built for you are yours once the agreed fees are paid.
Acceptable use
You agree to use what we build lawfully and in line with applicable messaging, telecommunications, consent and consumer-protection rules, including obtaining consent for automated calls and messages where required.
AI output
AI systems can make mistakes. We design safeguards and human hand-off, but you remain responsible for how automated systems are used in your business.
Liability
The website is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xennum's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project in the preceding three months.
